New law for a school of trust.

This law introduces the lowering of the age of the beginning of compulsory education. From now on kindergarten is compulsory.

Parents and legal guardians with children between the ages of 3 and 6 are obliged to register their children at the beginning of the 2019 school year in a public and private school or to declare a home schooling instruction.
