As part of the procedure for renewing beach concessions, the Municipality is currently carrying out new topographical surveys in order to be able to know with precision the new surfaces of natural beaches likely to be conceded by the State to the Commune for a new period 12 years old.

This procedure is perfectly conventional in the context of the renewal of the beach concessions and is totally different from that recently carried out by the State services in order to redefine the delimitation of the shoreline of the sea and which has been the subject of a deferred instruction.

This procedure for the renewal of beach concessions will allow the subsequent call for applications for sub-concession beaches.
