The municipality of Grimaud (Var) is recruiting 16 enumerators for the period from January 1, 2023 to February 18, 2023 inclusive (census period from January 19, 2023 to February 18, 2023 inclusive.)

Duties:

- Attend mandatory training sessions organized by INSEE: 2 half-days (before 01/19/2023)

Carry out the reconnaissance tour (before 01/19/2023):

- Locate all the addresses in its sector,

- Have them validated by the municipal census coordinator,

- Organize your tour rationally.

Submit census documents and encourage residents to respond online:

- Submit census forms to each inhabitant,

- Explain to residents the procedure for completing the online census form,

- Help people who express the need to complete the paper forms.

 Follow the progress of the collection:

- Regularly update the tour diary

- For paper responses: collect the paper questionnaires completed by the inhabitants within the time limits and return them to the municipal coordinators

- For responses via the internet: ensure follow-up of alerts received by SMS

- Follow up, with the help of the municipal coordinator, the inhabitants who could not be reached or who did not respond within the time limit,

- Make sure that all the inhabitants of his sector have answered the online questionnaires.

Report on the progress of his work to the municipal coordinator, several times a week:

- Give him the questionnaires collected manually,

- Compare the results from the internet and solve any problems

At the end of the collection, return all the documents made available

Fixed €250 + remuneration per accommodation sheet and individual sheet + work completion bonus €250. Aid of €100 corresponding to fuel costs will be awarded to agents with a very large sector.
