By decree n°ARR-2023-036 of January 24, 2023, the President of the Community of communes of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez ordered the opening and the methods of organization of the public inquiry relating to the draft modification n° 1 of the Territorial Coherence Scheme (SCoT) of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez as notified by Order No. ARR-2021-0235 of July 26, 2021. This survey will take place from February 13, 2023 at 9 a.m. and until on March 15, 2023 at 5 p.m. (i.e. a duration of 31 days) in the 12 municipalities of the Gulf.

The commission of inquiry, appointed by the Administrative Court of Toulon by decision No. E22000063/83 dated January 17, 2023, will be available to the public to receive their observations in the places, on the days and at the times indicated in the notice of public inquiry.

The investigation file can be consulted at the headquarters of the public inquiry (Communauté de communes du Golfe de Saint-Tropez, 2 rue Blaise Pascal, 83310 Cogolin, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.); in the town halls of the 12 municipalities of the SCoT during the usual opening hours to the public.
The file can also be consulted in digital format on a computer station with free access to the headquarters of the Community of communes of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The public can formulate their observations and proposals during the duration of the investigation in the public inquiry register at the respective times of the places of inquiry; by post, addressed to the attention of the President of the commission of inquiry (Community of communes of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, 2 rue Blaise Pascal, 83310 Cogolin – postmark serving as proof); by email (scot@cc-golfedesainttropez.fr); via the online form on the website of the Community of Communes; orally during the offices of the investigating commissioners. These observations will be made available to the public at the headquarters of the Community of Communes.
