The party is in full swing around the Saint-Roch Windmill. During a morning, come and discover the history of the mill, see how wheat was once stripped. Taste the bread hot out of the oven, thanks to Escolo deï Sambro, which is livening up this morning.

It is also an opportunity to understand how windmills or watermills work, thanks to heritage guides. The small Saint-Roch chapel is also open on this occasion. It is also the folk dances of Escandihado and Tambourinaires de Provence.
