One thing is for sure: nothing is certain! When you’re normally constituted, you make an appointment with the therapist to confide in them. You hand over a few bills, and they listen while nodding their head. You try to avoid provoking them, insulting them, or even physically threatening them. In return, the therapist usually refrains from calling you names, putting you down, or threatening to call the cops... here, it’s not quite like that.
