Claudio Missagia is an Italian painter who lives and works between Paris and the Veneto region in Italy, after studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cologne. Through his works, he expresses the profound poetry of everyday life, highlighting elements such as empty carafes, scattered flowers, or spring landscapes. These motifs allow him to create a unique dreamlike vision.
Using burlap or cotton canvases, Missagia explores various materials for his compositions, which he typically creates with oil, acrylic, pastel, ink, or pencil.
His artistic journey has led him to exhibit extensively in Italy and across Europe, in cities such as Paris, London, Stockholm, Madrid, Vienna, as well as New York and Asia. He has also participated in numerous art fairs, including the Affordable Art Fair in London and Singapore, and has long exhibited at the Salon des Peintres de Grimaud.
