GRIMAUD
The commune of Grimaud publishes an information brochure in order to expose the various risks to which the municipality is exposed. The brochure also presents the measures taken to limit the consequences for the population. It is available for download as DICRIM a the bottom of this webpage.
For many years now, several sectors of the commune of Grimaud have experienced significant or even dramatic climatic events, such as floods or fires.Following these repetitive events, the municipality of Grimaud has set up a warning system to inform, preventively, the population if there is a real and major risk in the municipality.
This software, called "Gedicom" is a computer tool containing the contact information of any person wishing to receive vigilance and safety instructions in case of a major climatic event.
We broke down our alerts into three levels.
In this case, you will be able to receive alerts sent directly to your fixed or mobile phone, in which case the information will be transmitted either by a voice message and / or by an SMS and then in the other case by e-mail.
We would like to make you aware that we will be able to locate people who have not answered the call or who have not received the SMS and need immediate assistance.
Indeed, as soon as you read the SMS or pick up your phone we know that you are alerted of the risk in progress.
This software, guaranteeing a fast and secure communication between you and us, is essential, since we are confronted with major events.
