The Civil Solidarity Pact (PACS) is a contract between two adults of the same or opposite sex to organize their life together.
The future partners must be pacser near the service of the Civil Registry of the town hall of their common residence.
Paced partners commit themselves to mutual aid and assistance.
In addition to the needs of everyday life, each partner remains responsible for the personal debts he has incurred before or during PACS.

If the partner resides in France for more than one year, a certificate of non-registration in the civil directory (RC) and a certificate of non-registration in the civil directory annex (RCA).

When a partner is a refugee, stateless person, or beneficiary of subsidiary protection, a non-PACS certificate dated less than 3 months old must be obtained using teleservice cerfa n ° 12819 * 04
The file is to be deposited 15 days before the registration date of the PACS with both partners, provided with the service at 04 94 55 69 00, either with the Population Service, or by mail to the City Hall, service Population BP A, 83316 GRIMAUD CEDEX
The PACS convention is returned to the partners, no copy is kept in Mairie.
