A wild deposit is a one-off site that most often results from illegal contributions made by individuals, craftsmen, companies, to get rid of their waste at a lower cost.

Wild deposits are a real scourge. The commune of Grimaud does not escape this phenomenon leaving a deplorable image of the territory. In addition, the removal of these wild deposits necessarily has a financial impact.

To fight against them, the mayor has police powers. Thus, it has the possibility to implement the provisions of the environmental code to fight against the unwanted deposits of waste.
